关于终止与格瑞克能源（国际）公司

   延续四个产品分成合同的声明

 Statement of Termination and no-Extension of

Four Production Sharing Contracts with Greka

 

      中联煤层气有限责任公司（简称中联公司）与格瑞克公司签署了《中华人民共和国丰城地区煤层气资源开采产品分成合同》、《中华人民共和国山西沁源地区煤层气资源对外合作产品分成合同》、《中华人民共和国山西柿庄北地区煤层气资源对外合作产品分成合同》、《中华人民共和国安徽潘谢东地区煤层气资源对外合作产品分成合同》四个煤层气资源对外合作产品分成合同。其中江西丰城产品分成合同于1999年8月签署，延续后的勘探期已于2008年12月1日结束；山西沁源、柿庄北、安徽潘谢东产品分成合同均于2003年1月签署，勘探期已于 2008年3月1日结束。

 

      China United Coalbed  Methane Corporation Ltd. (hereafter abbreviated as "CUCBM") signed four Production Sharing Contracts of foreign cooperation of CBM resources with Greka, they are Production Sharing Contract for the Exploitation of Coalbed Methane Resources in Fengcheng Area the People’s Republic of China, Production Sharing Contract for the Exploitation of Coalbed Methane Resources in Qinyuan Area Shanxi Province the People’s Republic of China, Production Sharing Contract for the Exploitation of Coalbed Methane Resources in Shizhuang North Area Shanxi Province the People’s Republic of China, and Production Sharing Contract for the Exploitation of Coalbed Methane Resources in Panxie East Area Anhui Province the People’s Republic of China. In these contracts, Production Sharing Contract of Fengcheng Area Jiangxi Province was signed in August 1999 and the extended exploration period of this contract was expired on December 1, 2008; and Production Sharing Contracts of Qinyuan Area, Shizhuang North Area Shanxi Province and Panxie East Anhui Province, were all signed on January 2003 and the exploration period of these contracts were expired on March 1st, 2008.

 

      鉴于以上四个产品分成合同勘探期已到期，根据相关法律法规和合同的约定，中联公司与格瑞克公司的上述四个产品分成合同不再延续，双方在上述四个区块的合作关系终止。

 

      Whereas the exploration period of these four Production Sharing Contracts were expired, according to the related laws and regulations and provisions in these Contracts, all above-mentioned four Production Sharing Contracts would not be extended between CUCBM and Greka，and the cooperation relation between two parties of four Production Sharing Contracts is ended.
